August Long Weekend Class Schedule Saturday August 1rst - 10 am Sunday August 2nd - No class Monday August 3rd - 7:30 am, 5 pm Thursday's Workout: Deadlift 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 All three reps must be consecutive (no re grip or rest at the bottom). Score is total weight lifted in the five sets. So if Noah lifts 300 lbs in each of his sets then his score would be 1500 lbs (5 sets x 300 pounds).
