Broad Time Domain

Alrighty folks. Two days of short, hard and fast has you, I'm sure, begging for a longer time domain. So here you go... Morning (6 am only) and evening (6 and 7 pm only) classes will do the following workout: 2 Rope Climbs (bring a sock) 10 Pistols 10 Ring Dips 30 Double Unders Rounds in 20 Minutes Due to the CrossFit Level II Certification, the 11 am class will be doing a different workout. Show up at the gym for 11 am. The LumberJack will take you to the park to complete: 10 Burpees 40 m Sprint Rounds in 20 Minutes. Have fun and remember, stretch after your workout!
