Calorie Dense Foods Lead to Obesity and Decreased Human Performance

The following video was produced by the Center for Science in the Public Interest. CSPI seems to be coming from the dietary fat is bad camp and I am not sure if they truly understand performance based, Macro-nutrient composition (30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbohydrate) as is evidenced by their want to compare a cheese cake to a steak.
