Carry Over for Thursday’s Workout.

Apologies to our athletes. The CrossFit Level II Cert ran late tonight. TBear rose to the challenge with some creativity on the spot. Looked like the 6 pm and 7 pm got a great workout anyway. Class schedule for Thursday, September 10 is 6:00 am, 11:00 am, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. We will carry over Wednesday's workout for Thursday's: 2 Rope Climbs (bring a sock) 10 Pistols 10 Ring Dips 30 Double Unders Rounds in 20 Minutes Due to the CrossFit Level II Certification, the 11 am class will be doing a different workout. Show up outside the gym for 11 am. TBear will take you to the park for: 10 Pull Ups (apparatus in north west corner by ball diamond) 20 Lunges 5 Rounds for time Have fun!
