CF Vancouver Weekend Workouts

Early post because I wont have internet access for the rest of the day. Saturday there will be a class at 10 & 11am and then the clean and jerk clinic will run from 12-4pm. Workout of the day for Saturday is a 2000m row. Its been WAY too long since we have done some distance rowing and its about time for the leader board to be re-written. Sunday there will be a class at 12pm. The workout of the day on sunday is 5 rounds of Max Body Weight Bench Press, Max pullups. If you have not done bench in a while this will give you the chance to see how close to a body weight bench you are and if you have one how far off you are from doing linda unscalled. And dont worry if you are no where close, we will find an appropriate weight for everyone to do the workout at!
