CROSSFIT FRONT SQUAT BATTLE

Crossfit: Intense random functional movements that delivers a broad general fitness by design. We focus on the 10 general physical skills (Cv/Cr endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Strength, Speed, Power, Coordination, Balance, Agility, Accuracy) as if they were measures of fitness. We want you to get to 85 percentile in each of these general physical skills, something by the way, that a bosu/swiss ball could never do. In this video we challenge The Fraser brothers (Bull & Tweety) to a test of strength with "The Machine".
