Remember the old sterotype: Girls shouldn't do weights because they will get bulky, therefore unattractive. In fact we find the opposite to be true. The stronger, faster and more powerful our women become.....the better they look. Form does follow function. If you can do 40-50 pullups in a row, deadlift twice your body weight, and sprint to 60m in less than 8 seconds you are going to resemble the highest expression of your genetic potential........in other words.....HOT.
