Crossfit Halloween Party October 25th - Standard Workout Week

image Tribe, I figured I would post this early so there won't be any conflicts between you and your various crews. Bring everyone (remembering the rules on inviting guests) to our party. If anyone kick up a fuss tell them.....we have a better space, better bands, better DJ's, free booze and hands down......the most fucking rad crew in Vancouver to party with. Bring on the Halloween love! This week's workouts are all going to be standard Crossfit workouts. It is time to measure ourselves against our past accomplishments.
