For the first class of 2009 at CrossFit Vancouver we will be doing a 3 rep max of the Overhead Squat. As a supplement to my training this year I am going to start a progression towards 15 body weight overhead squats (currently 185 lbs). I've got 2 so far. haha Anybody want to join me?.
