Happy Thanksgiving! I hope all of you stuffed your face with nicely Zone portioned turkey dinners last night (or are planning to tonight!) smile For those of you working off a little extra Thanksgiving stuffing (pun intended) I can sympathize. And that's why today's WOD is one you'll all probably remember from back in your first 10 sessions: The Dirty Thirty. It's a nice hard and fast burner, and a good cure for a hangover. It goes a little something like: 30 Squats 30 Sit ups 30 Kettle ball swing (Black / Red) 30 Box Jumps (24" / 20") 30 Burpees 30 Wall Balls (20 / 12) Enjoy!
