Thanx to all who enjoyed the week of work. How ever we did not do to much running so today I chose to throw down a little run between sets of jerks, split or push, you chose mix them up if you wish. The work consist of the following. 5 rounds for time of: 400m run 15 Jerks 95lbs for the lads. 55lbs for the ladies. Rip it up & have a good weekend PS. Those of you, don't forget yer BURPEES!
