Defying Gavity

image Today's WOD Olympic Weightlifting Total Max Snatch + Max Clean and Jerk Warm your lifts up. Athletes have three chances to complete a heavy Snatch for the day, and three chances to make a heavy C and J for the day. Attempts must be declared. Choose wisely. Once a lift has been declared, each succeeding attempt has to be as heavy, or heavier (not lighter) weather the lift is made or not. The weights only go up. It is possible to have three fails if you start to high. I posted this video a while back, but I thought I offer it up again. Its pretty cool Andy
