A) front squat

- use the following rep scheme to climb to a challenging set of 3

- 5-5-5-3-3-3

B) 3 min

"Bronco BS"

max back squat reps at 50% of A) of the day in 3 min

C) OTM 10 min

- even: 15/15s side plank
- odd: 10-20 thrusters 45/35

D) 1 round

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 20 floor angels

Notes:

- no misses in part A)
- rerack is allowed but not encouraged in part B)
- move at slower pace than you think for thrusters
