Training Plan for Friday June 15th 2018

A) 3 rounds

- i) 50/50m DB overhead carry ii) 6/6+6/6 shoulder CARS
- 50/50m bent arm DB carry
- 20s hollow hold+20s hollow rocks+20s tuck up or v-up

B) 15 min to practice

i) 1 power clean + 1 split jerk
ii) 1 power clean + 1 hang power clean

C) every 90s for 10 rounds (15 min)

i) 3 power cleans + 2 push press
ii) 5 power cleans

- add or remove weight as needed

D) 1 round

- 5 wristys
- 20 standing plate press @2121

Notes:

- all midline variations are done in the same 60s window - no breaks
- all cleans are power - no muscle cleans
- if red light, choose option ii)
