or ii) back squat 3RM

B2) double DB/KB single leg RDL

- 3 sets of 6/6

C) 5 rounds, 45s max reps each station 15s rest

- cal row C2
- wall balls 4-8% of 3RM f.squat
- i) double unders ii) single skips

D) 2 rounds

- 2 min dowel sit
- 2 min front rack mobility - coaches choice

Notes:

- adhere to tempo in cossack squats, add weight if coach suggests
- complete 3RM back squat if not complete
- goal is same number of reps each time through
