A) press

7 sets of 1 - climbing to 9/10 effort

B) 16 min with a partner trading off rounds

- 10/10 single arm DB push press - 15-25% bdywt
- 60 double unders/60s high knee skips/skipping
- 6 strict toes to bar/12 v-ups/20 tuck ups

C) 1 round

- 2 min dowel sit
- 50 banded tricep extensions

Notes:

- no failed reps during part A)
- be sure to able to perform 5 reps at a time of single arm press in part B)
- pick hardest variation possible for tuck up in part B)
