A) 10 min to complete 4 rounds of

- 5 deadlift to knee @70-72.5-75-77.5% of 1RM
- 6/6 single arm DB high pull @2222

B) 10 min to complete 4 rounds of
- 5 romanian deadlift to knee @45-50-55-60-% of 1RM
- 30s bent knee plank hold

C) 15 min to complete max rounds of

- 10 strict midline variation
- 100m double front rack DB carry @15-25% bdywt per hand
- 10 burpees

D) Accessory

- 1 min couch stretch R/L
- soft tissue bottom of feet
- 3 slow wrist rope curls

Notes:

- adhere to all percents in part A and B
- focus on neutral lumbar spine in bent knee plank
- aim to complete front rack carry without resting
- suggested RPE of 8/10
