Friday For all of you craving an old fashioned grinder workout here it is. Workout: Murph 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 squats 1 mile run The pull-ups, push-ups, and squats can be done in any order. Saturday Technique: Handstand and handstand walking, practice against the wall, with a spotter or on your own.
