The work out today is a bit like Elizabeth but it will involve a run! So far this week we have not run out side the box in our work-outs! Its time to be Road runners with some power cleans & ring dips thrown in!!! Todays workout is Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes of: 200m run 12 power cleans 15 ring dips Weight is 135lbs/85lbs!
