A gymnastics style workout will come Thursday cause we are due for a Strength Day. Come in early and do a good warm up & throw down a Total. Your score will be total max weight of each lift. Now, on that note, you only get three attempts at each lift! You have to declare when your starting. This wod takes a while so once you have declared your Max lift at that station its three strikes and if you don't make the lift your out! We want to rotate groups 15 minutes per station, to keep classes on schedule!
