Good Bye Old barn, Hello New Sweat Shop

image What a Weekend! Well we did it....Almost (The place still needs a bit of work) We are open for business in the new location (1340 east 3rd ave - Alley behind clark between 3rd and 4th ave) A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO HELPED WITH THE MOVE!!!!! It was awe inspiring and choked me up to watch some of it. The hours dutifully logged by so many of you will not be forgotten and is greatly appreciated. I think we were all a little humbled by the out pouring of generosity. We actually moved the entire gym (90% of it at least) in 22 minutes. Team JB took top honors. The looks on the faces of people in their cars as 40 crazed people came rushing by them carrying, bars, plates, benches, kettlebells and boxes was priceless. people could not figure out what the Christ they were witnessing. It looked a little like a jailbreak or a mass looting of fitness equipment. It was awesome. Thank you. Moving on to the bright future that lies ahead for us all. Monday's Workout: Chelsea (sort of...I think the original was 30 min) 5 Pullups 10 Pushups 15 Squats Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes if 5,10,15 is too easy...Do Chelsea + 1(6,11,16) or Chelsea + 2 (7,12,17) Highest score wins - all rounds must be completed to qualify for the board (Does this make sense?) If you fail at 11 minutes take a minute off then start again (Score = 10 / 18) Welcome to a new world (it is going to be a bit messy for a few days, we are still under construction in the bathrooms) The Sweat Shop, GarageMahal, The Compound.......
