We have done a lot of shoulder work so far this week, so it is time to give those traps a break with another FGB style of workout. Technique: Strict knees to elbows. This means so swinging to bring your knees up. This relies on a lot of core strength. If you can't reach your elbows then bring your knees up as high as you can.
