Gymnastics Moved to Wednesday, Murph Crossfit Video

Murph Video Courtesy of BK Gymnastics is now on Wednesday and BIG MAN NIGHT is moved to Thursdays. We believe this will allow for better programming in the gym and allow for sufficient rest for those who workout 5 days per week.
