Gymnastics Wednesday at CrossFit Vancouver

Is it me or are people getting better at running? Wednesday's Workout: image The TKO 4 Muslce Ups 6 Hanstand Push Ups 8 Overhead Squats (75/45 lbs) Rounds in 15 minutes. Use 3 pulll ups and 3 dips (rIng dips if you can) as progression for 1 muscle up. Use a spotter or pommel horse for HSPU if needed. No racks for overhead squats. Put an asterix beside your name and time if you used progressions. image All three exercises are an interesting mix of technique and strength. Good luck and remember... SMILE OR DIE!
