Happy New Year! Time to Set Fitness Goals!


Welcome to 2019!

Here's to hoping its a healthy, happy and prosperous year for all of us.

I'm sure you've heard that goal setting behaviour is highly correlated with success. We want to encourage that you set some goals for yourself at MadLab this year.  Dialogue with your coach would be the best way to do this.  Please book in a PT and figure out what it is you really want to achieve.  10 perfect push ups on the floor? A sub 8 minute 2km row?  A double body weight deadlift?

When setting a goal I've always liked using the SMART strategy:

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Attainable

R - Relevant

T - Time Bound

Please give it some thought and discuss it with your coach.  :-)
