Hero of the Day

Hope everyone is ready for a great workout. Today we will be doing the hero workout Danny. Danny Number of Rounds in 20 minutes 30 box jumps (24 inch) 20 push press (75 lbs/115 lbs) 30 pull-ups. So, make sure to trim down those calluses before tomorrow we don't want to see bloody hands with all the pull-ups everyone will be doing.
