Okay, it's been a tough week thus far. Time to take a little breather and slow down the tempo a bit. Today will focus on strength. Time for some back squat. Don't worry no widowmakers today. Today's workout is Back Squat 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 Take as many sets as you need to warm-up. Time should not be an issue for this one. Your score will be the largest weight at which you manage to complete 5 reps. Now I know a lot of people feel that they just haven't gotten a workout unless they get that slightly nauseous lactic acid burn feeling in your gut. Hate to break it to you but strength workouts are just as important as met-con burners for your overall physical development. So come and hit this one hard.
