Kermit Chaos - Day 6

We haven't done this workout for a long time. Time to bring it off the shelf and give it a good dusting. It goes by many names (Santa Cruz 500, Filthy 50), but my introduction to this workout, barely two weeks into classes, left such a permanent impression on me that I can only call it... "Chuck Norris" 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings (grey/red) Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press (45 pounds/30 pounds) 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots (20 pounds/12 pounds) 50 Burpees 50 Double unders ... and so ends Kermit's reign of terror for the foreseeable future. Well done to everyone who stepped up to take on the workouts this week, great effort by all.
