This posting is a wee bit early as the CrossFit Vancouver team is getting ready to head down to Aromas, California to compete in the 2nd Annual CrossFit Games. Sack, Remington, the Inferno, Pie, Amanda and myself (Kermit) will be representing and working hard tomorrow and Sunday under the ever watchful eyes of Popeye and the Machine. Of course I wanted to make sure that you were working just as hard as we are so I decided to pull this workout out of the bag; this workout really was a combined effort amongst a few people so I can't take all the credit.
