Kermit’s Week of Calamity - Day 5

I have been wracking my brain trying to come up with an original workout for the last class at the Barn on Saturday. I'm not quite there yet and I may decide to go for something a little more classic, but in the meantime try taking a stab at this Kermit creation. 3 rounds, 1 min per station with 1 minute between rounds - (think Fight Gone Bad) 10ft KB bear crawl (red/black - ladies/gentlemen) Burpees Glute-ham situps Pullups D-ball slams (12 lbs/20 lbs - ladies/gentlemen) Double unders - you got lots of practice on Monday, let's see if there is any improvement There should be a natural rotation for this workout, just like fight gone bad participants will start at a station and then move to the next until they have completed the round. If there are lots of people then partner everyone up so that they have someone to count for them. For KB bear crawl the measurement is lengths (10ft=1 point). 3-2-1 Go!
