Kermit’s Week of Kaos - Day 2

Awesome work with Nasty Girls everyone! I saw a few people get their first muscle-ups and then proceed to finish the workout as prescribed. Very impressive! It's a demanding workout. So, what's in store for Tuesday you ask? Good question and here is the answer... "Lucky 7's" 7 rounds for time of... 7 push jerk (75 lbs/55 lbs) 7 sumo deadlift high pull (75 lbs/55 lbs) 7 burpees A couple of points regarding burpee technique. 1. The chest must hit the deck 2. The hips must be fully extended during the jump I don't care if your feet are 12 inches or 1/2 an inch off the ground, as long as you get full extension of the hips. If your burpee does not meet criteria 1 and 2 then it will not count. Knee burpees are perfectly acceptable progression for this exercise but the two criteria still hold.
