Everyone put lots of hard work into Quarter Gone Bad and the results came through. Hopefully everyone has survived the week thus far because we have a special treat for Friday. By request... The Chief Max rounds in 3 minutes of: 135 lbs / 85 lbs Power cleans, 3 reps 6 Push-ups 9 Squats Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Score is total number of rounds completed. This ought to be a good one as it was posted on the crossfit.com site a few days ago. Also, I promised no more burpees this week, but I didn't say anything about pushups.
