One of the parts of the WLC is a lifestyle practice. It changes each week. 

This week as the lifestyle practice we have been starting the day off asking ourselves a question: What would make you feel successful today? 

Using our own personal standards for success, some examples include: completing incomplete actions, getting to the gym after work, having a conversation you’ve been avoiding, cleaning your bathroom. There is nothing too big or too small. JUST get it done by the end of the day.

It is a great way to get things done or even more importantly do things with intention and meaning!
