This programming block we are focussing on the squat to box. Next programming cycle this will morph into a back squat focus.
Why am I telling you this? Well I want your hips to be mobile and ready for all the squatting in the coming months. :-)
We can only do so much in classes to get you mobile with the warm up and warmed down with the accessory work. The rest is up to you. I often hear people say they aren't quite sure what to do... Or they are bored with this or that stretch... Or they just don't wanna!!! (insert toddler tantrum here)
