I'll happily to do it again in the future but for the moment am relieved to hand it back over to more experienced coaches! For the Sunday coaches you can let folks catch up on missed workouts or if they want something a bit different to end the programming week then here is a short beast for them to tangle with: Warm Up: 25 KB Sumo Deadlift (not high pull) go heavy 15 Jumping Good Mornings (bar) Tech: Practice WOD movements WOD: The Beast AMRAP 1 min Tire Flip (big/medium tires) 1 min Rope Climbs 1 min Barbell Turkish Get-ups (35/55lbs) 1 min Burpees Score = total reps from 4 minutes effort.
