Mad Mobility | Breathing Part One

No matter how I explain the importance of every aspect of mobility training, people just can't get enough of the breathing. Sure enough they ask why.

We’re always breathing, yet we’re mostly unaware of its tremendous potential. Heightened oxygen levels hold a treasure trove of benefits. The method I use will help unearth all of them: more energy, reduced stress, and augmented immune response to deal with pathogens. We can directly train the diaphragm, flood blood and nutrients to the spine, and increase our oxygen storage capacity.

If this is too simple, then ya'll don't get the basics.

We'll build on this next in more detail, but for now, just enjoy the feeling. It's like drugs.
