I'm going to be freestyling through the month of December. Like our strength and conditioning programming, a new mobility cycle will start January 2nd, 2018. It's important to understand, to see progressive improvement in our mobility, we must progressively challenge the body to yield some progressive adaptation. Did I use the word progressive enough? This is why the class is typical structured the way it is, in concert with our other programming in the facility. An equally important factor to our training is the aspect of play or discovery.
We will cover the main offenders as usual, and you can expect a hefty dose of breathing. Think of this as an opportunity to take some inventory on the body. I'll be running almost every joint you can think of through some active range. I'll then provide some insight into how these areas "should' be working. The goal through these few weeks is to keep the vibe loose and develop some simple understanding of where you are limited.
Come hang out, learn a few things, and help draw up a blueprint of your mobility.
