If your holiday is anything like mine, they'll be a fair amount of travel and/or sedentary activity to come this week. There are 2 more classes before the new year is upon us, and I'll use these to focus on the spine and the hips. Come down this Saturday December 23rd to prime your body for some full time chillin' by the fire. And next Saturday come on down December 30th to balance out the inactivity from the week and prepare the body for dancing into the new year.
Give your body the gift of mobility. Strength, and flexibility, you can have it all. Or at least allow me to melt away that cold tension.
