Mad Mobility | If it's important, do it everyday.

Due to efficiency, the central nervous system will prune things that aren’t being used. My girlfriend told me to turn my clothes inside out and hang them in my closet, check them a year later, if they’re still that way, chuck ‘em. Your body will do this with ranges of motion, muscle and connective tissues, you know, things you might need down the road. It’s a use it or lose it scenario.


We basically need to give our bodies a reason to capture ranges we want, let alone maintain the ones we already have. Explore our external environment through training if not exploring it with the rest of ones lifestyle. This provides the nervous system with continued experiences.


If it’s important to you, do it everyday. If it’s not, then don’t. If you don’t know what’s important, ask.
