Mad Mobility | Life changing mobility.


It's like really cool useful stretching that isn't really stretching because your getting stronger and more capable at life, so it's actually really really cool.
 
It’s all about knocking down the big blocks, then we can open up the rabbit hole that is the little ones we're left with. The big parts of the body is where we start, the real notable stuff. 
 
We’re going to do spine, core stuff.
We’re going to do hip, and all that stuff.
We’re going to do shoulder, and all that stuff. 
 
I’m talking about that deep bang for buck focus. Mobility training will shift to a wider focus during the start of the year. I just may maintain the same focus throughout. It’s all about the bigger picture. 
 
This doesn’t mean I’m going to remove all the extremities and other important areas. It just means I’m going to grow the understanding of why we’re doing by hitting the big joints that wrap around the main show. 
 
The spine is our super highway for the nervous system, and where the wrap of your core determines your ability to not get broken in half. 
 
The hips hold so much power, and are wrapped with gluteal, hammie, and thigh tissue that defines our travel. 
 
The shoulders are a creative sling of scapular, humeral tissue that provide every ability to grasp and pull everything else. 
 
We’re going to do spine, core stuff.
We’re going to do hip, and all that stuff.
We’re going to do shoulder, and all that stuff. 
 
You don’t have to travel down the rabbit hole of your body issues. You can just come and make your body work better. You will feel amazing when you do this stuff. Everything else will get easier.
 
Some people even get high. 
 
Try it and/or live by it. It is training, not just the other stuff you should be doing.
