Mad Mobility | Train for mobility.


We express mobility.

 

Mobility is not some separate thing. It is not the foam rolling, the stretching, the preparatory or cool down work in conjunction with our other training. Nor, is it the “other” training, the squats, the barbell, the skills, and the exercises we perform. Every element of our day to day lives, including all aspects of our training influence our mobility. The result of all of these elements combined determines our flexibility, our strength. Mobility is the expression of our current usable range of motion, or lack thereof. Train for mobility.
