Mad Mobility | Programming Oct 22nd/Dec 2nd

The outliers are often forgotten. We become obsessed with what is closest to us. Do not throw your wrists and ankles into the wastelands. Through the next few weeks there will be a highlighted focus on these extremities in the infamous Mobility Class. This doesn't mean the main offenders (spine, hips, shoulders...) will be left out there to rot, we're merely giving the outliers some extra loving. And sure enough you'll receive a healthy dose of active breathing.

With highlighting the wrists and elbows, we'll be able to increase the mobility, and thus the health, of the surrounding tissues. If you suck at handstands and support positions, it's likely because of this, or a lack there of (mobility). If you have a history or would like to avoid a history of tendonosis, you'll appreciate the focus.

With highlighting the ankles and knees, we'll be able to increase the mobility, and thus the health, of the surrounding tissues. If you suck at squatting and jumping, let alone walking, it's likely because of this, or a lack there of (mobility). If you have a history or would like to avoid a history of cranky knees and multiple sprains, you'll appreciate this focus.

We're going to cycle through a few different positional endurance drills, postural breathing, and other forms of active and maximal expansive breathing techniques.

Progressively making your stuff work a whole lot better and resolving all sorts of dysfunction.

Show up. Leave your frailty behind.
