Hips will receive a special dose of rotational attention. You can look forward to spending a handful of time in the 90 90 position as we look to expand and control our usable range of motion. There will be a notable focus on the groin and inner thigh musculature. For those of you dedicated to our strength and conditioning classes, all of this will pair nicely with your squat work.
Be sure to show up to mobility class for clarity on the 1/2 kneeling adductor stretch, and hip rotation variation.
Shoulders will receive a special dose of overhead attention. So sure enough you can expect a handful of time spend with your arms overhead. There will be a notable focus on the lats. For those of you looking to control or even just access a better overhead position, this should compliment your development in your pressing work.
