Our mobility will directly affect our physical and mental performance. We must build the physical and mental capacity first.
If we do not have the physical capacity for our performance, we will break, or begin a progressive decay into something much darker.
If we do not have the mental capacity for the mobility training, we will continue to find ourselves in that something much darker.
Mobility training is a simple, yet profound way of expanding both physical and mental capacity.
My single goal for everyone that attends is expanding that capacity.
