Today's WOD:
Work up to your your heaviest Back Squat Double.
Take a healthy rest (say five minutes)
Warm up your Row a little bit,
Blast a 500m Row (set Rower to count down)
Vommit
Subtract your Row time (in seconds) from your squat weight for your score
ex. 300lbs - 90sec (1:30) = 210
