Training Plan for Monday April 2nd 2018

A) hang clean

- 2 sets of 3 - climbing (no misses)
- 2 sets of 2
- 2 sets of 1 

B) every 5 min for 6 rounds

- 200m row C2 @145% of avg wattage
- 3 hang cleans @75% of 1RM

C) 1 round

- 2 min couch stretch per side
- 2 min shoulder extension stretch 

Notes:

- squat is preferred for all cleans
- adhere to rowing wattage as much as possible
