Training Plan for August 26th 2019

A1) strict push up variation

- 5 sets of 2 attempts of 3-10 (rest 30s between attempts)

A2) top loaded banded resistance + DB floor press - climbing

- 5 sets of 8/8

B) 3 min on 1 min off for 4 rounds - complete max reps

"Gillette"

- i) 10 russian KB swings - approx 30-35% of bdywt ii) 10 hang power cleans 30-35% of 3RM f.squat

- i) 10 goblet squats ii) 10 front squats

- 10 no jump burpees

- pick up where left off each round

C) Accessory

- 2 min dowel sit
- 5/5 per arm - bent arm elbow rotations with dowel

Notes:

- use push up variation that is one harder than you can complete 5 sets of 10 at
- be sure to keep elbow on ground while other arm is doing DB floor press in A2)
- practice cleans only if able to clean more than bodyweight
- RPE of 7/10
