10 overhead plate sit ups - slow as possible
10 bent over barbell rows - 60-70% bdywt

Conditioning:

15 min to complete max reps with a partner, trading off movements

10 standing DB shoulder press - approx 35% bdywt
60 double unders/1 min of skipping
20 step down box jumps

Accessory:

2 min dowel sit
4x10 ankle CARS
