Training Plan for Monday June 24th 2019

20 min to complete 4-6 sets of

A) one of the following

- 1.1.1. hang squat cleans - 3s pause in catch - climbing to 8/10

- 3 hang cleans pulls + 5 tall squat cleans - climbing to over front squat weight for pulls

- 10 russian kb swings + 5 goblet squats - same weight for each movement

B) every 2 min for 16 min (8 rounds)

- 3-6-9
- 4-8-12
- 5-10-15 of

- step down power box jumps
- strict push up variation
- jump squats

C) Accessory

- 10/10 single arm kneeling prone snow angels
- 20 glute bridges with 2s pause at top
- 1 min 1/2 kneeling overhead lat stretch per

Notes:

- if you can clean 3/4 bodyweight or more consider practicing cleans with a pause
- if clean is under 3/4 body weight and deadlift is over bodyweight consider practicing clean pulls
- if deadlift is less than body weight consider practicing KB swings
- choose push up variation that is one level harder than you can complete 5 sets of 10 at
- RPE of 8/10
