Training Plan for Monday June 25th 2018

A) 15 min to practice hang cleans - squat is preferred

- 2 sets of 3 - climbing (no misses)
- 2 sets of 2
- 2 sets of 1

B) 18 min to complete max reps

"Dark Blue Denver"

- 10 front rack reverse lunges - approx 50% of A)
- 20 burpees
- 300m run/250m row C2/500m air bike

C) 2 rounds

- 2 min dowel sit
- 2 min couch stretch per side

Notes:

- no misses during any hang cleans
- coaches should consider staggering the class start times by 2:00 to allow for efficient flow and floor space
- lunges should be be able to be completed in no more than 2 sets
